Welcome to probably the most boring page on our website! It might be dry but this stuff is important… so listen up!

The Critical Fish has a number of organisational policies that help us to work professionally, ethically, democratically and safely. As well as outlining our values and methods of working, policies can also help our freelancers and volunteers understand what is expected of them and what to do if things get a bit messy.
